H2O Mountains

H20 mountains - Worst place ever with worst care taker. It's a 5BHK villa. All rooms having warm lights. No proper lighting in evening. None of the ac works. And no ac remotes also. Also one of the rooms has ac water leaking despite ac not working. Fans make super noise. Care taker of this villa is more pathetic. He says no to everything. For food and even a small service. We asked him to make food (for which he !| charge) but he made lot of excuses and it was clear he doesn't want to cook.. we informed owner but he was also rude and doesn't want to discuss it. Owner knew that there was issue with ac but still he chose not to repair and continue taking bookings. This ruined my special day and family day out. There should be negative stars for this property.

Building a property and maintaining it are two completely different things. The villa was beautifully constructed but very poorly maintained. I had booked it for a very special day in my life. Having previously stayed at several of H2O’s other villas, I never expected such a disappointing experience. - NONE OF THE ACs were functioning properly — some wouldn’t turn on, while others were leaking badly. - Bathrooms and the house were not cleaned properly. - The caretaker was extremely uncooperative and kept giving excuses to avoid preparing meals, which was very unusual since in other H2O villas, caretakers have always been helpful and accommodating (of course, with extra charges as usual). As the day went on, things only got worse. We contacted the owner, who said the matter would be discussed after checkout — but there was no follow-up or effort from his side. What was meant to be a memorable celebration turned into a completely disappointing experience, spoiling a very special day of my life.

Very clean and spacious rooms with good room service although don't expect the staff to be like ones from any 4☆ or 5☆ hotel. They are locals who are decent enough to manage everything. During our stay they did not provide enough bath towels (only 1 per room!) and other toiletries (only one common soap, no shampoo,no brush,no shaving kit) This villa is located very close to the local excursion spots. Worth a stay or more for sure. Would recommend it

This property is nice and clean. The staff is helpful and courteous. There is no open garden area for kids to play in so keep that in mind if booking for families with little children. Otherwise the pool and rooms are all well maintained.

Hello, it was a good moment to stay in the villa. We enjoyed a lot. The house was beautiful and comfortable. It was a memorable experience for us. Care takers was also friendly. Thank you for your service.
