Let me start with clarifying one thing it's sold as a 5 bhk villa but it's rather a 5bhk apartment with attached pool. There's a 5bhk apartment downstairs and one more on the first floor. The location is nice. There is a lot of space. It's airy and the ambience feels awesome. Has a pool table inside. Has a decent sized swimming pool which is not cleaned properly. There are a lot of cockroaches in the kitchen. There is a lot of leakage inside the bedrooms and water literally comes on the floor which made us feel that we are living inside a pool.this thing is very dangerous. We took food package for the first day which was not so great. You can take the breakfast part from them and specifically tell the caretaker to make what you want and how you want.you can order from O2 restaurant.Also you can go to other restaurants available in the vicinity. There is a lot of loadshedding so better carry torches and candles with you.Also hot water for bathing is not available throughout the day. The caretaker switches it on only for a certain part of the day.

Our experience at H2O Serene Bungalow was extremely disappointing. The property did not provide even the basic standards of cleanliness or comfort, and many things promised to us were not given. Hygiene was very poor – dirty pillows, stained bedsheets, and even fungus on bedding. Though advertised as a 5-bedroom villa, one room had a very small bathroom located separately outside the bedroom, which was highly inconvenient. Hot water was not available during our stay. The kitchen was not properly equipped, with very few utensils, making it difficult to cook or serve. Several amenities and facilities that were promised to us at the time of booking were not provided. Overall maintenance was bad – damp rooms, neglected furniture, and a lack of proper upkeep. For the price charged, the villa failed on hygiene, facilities, and honesty. I would not recommend this property at all.

I had one night trip with my friends at H2O serene. The overall experience was very good. The rooms are luxurious and spacious. Bathrooms are clean and safe to use. Hygiene is well maintained. Just the kitchen area is not much hygienic. There were many small insects roaming in the morning next day. Also, would recommend ac in the living room as the area is very spacious and big groups usually tend to chill in living room. It was a little gloomy in rainy season too. Rest, it was a very great experience. The caretaker was also good and was present all the times we asked for him. Thank you . ✨
