Extremely pathetic service , staff was not available on their desk during banking hours, Even BM dont have a sense how to talk with their customer, professionalism will find somewhere in their dustbin worst private sector bank seen ever.

Worst service, applied for account transfer since month still it is in progress, and the reason is unexpected leave of bank staff.
