Hotel Narmada

Worst lodging services, rooms are dirty, sheets, blanket and pillow cases seems to be uncleaned, no basic hygiene. This was first time I had to book a room on urgent basis and I bet the last time. I will never look at this hotel again

We went there for EV charging. The food was good. Service was also good.

I stayed at Hotel Narmada for one night. The rooms are affordable (₹1200) and offer decent value for the price. The food tasted good, which was a plus. Areas for improvement: Service needs attention. There was only one person managing all the guests, and I had to collect the room keys myself and check the room twice. Room service was unavailable, and I had to go downstairs to pick up the food, which was inconvenient. Bedsheets and pillows weren’t clean, and I had to request a change. Hygiene standards need improvement. With better service and a focus on cleanliness, the hotel could justify charging a bit more for a more pleasant experience.

There is no kitchen is functioning. Arrange breakfast from another hotel.

Worst service. Cooked chicken lollipop in fish oil and even after claiming denied to change. Waited for 1 hr after ordering food.
