Nice Hotel for Stay and Food . The Staff here are very co-operative and will cater to your requests. I recommend if booking in advance contact the Hotel directly for best deals . The Food here is pretty good . Fresh and tasty. Will recommend this to anyone looking for a stay in Igatpuri

Extremely inhuman attitude of the resort people. I had booked room for my family for the long weekend in October. Had to cancel plan as my kids are sick. I paid advance for the stay. I’m requesting either refund the advance or will use it next month. The person replies either use in October or it’s gone. Please always book thru Airbnb etc which has proper customer support. This people are looting. The 4.1 stars aren’t justifying. Kindly avoid staying here.

This is very good location to stay here with family and friends. Hotel staff members are cooperative and supportive. Cleanliness is good. Food is quite good. Bathroom is very spacious. 24 hours hot water available. Lights, fan and Air conditioner also working nice.

It was firstly overcharged. They asked us 5500 just for 2 people without any complimentary offering. Even drinking water bottle was not provided. Rooms were ok however smelling. No view from window. Food was pathetic. What you order and what you receive can be different. Please book here only if its a last option and only if you get it around 1000 Rs. Its not worth more then that. We had parked our bikes outside and somebody manhandled it outside. We kept asking for recording but they were not helping. Finally via one customer, we came to know that the hotel staff were aware of the doing and was done by the DJ team while shifting their speakers..

We went here to have out lunch. It's decent hotel with veg menu. We had Paneer chilly and mushroom biriyani. The service was okay and food was good. It came with raita and costed us around 550 rupees in total.
