The stay is very good. The rooms are spacious and with all the needful amenities. Everything made so simple that stay here feels like home. We enjoyed alot in just a night stay. The pool is also very good and spacious. They also have there indoor sports in the clubhouse. The ambience of this villa very soothing and unforgettable. I surely recommend it for families and groups to stay overnight. Also the property is very peaceful. The services they provide are very nice. We had a wonderful stay at this villa on 25th December. The place is very clean, well-maintained, and extremely spacious. It truly feels like a home away from home. The rooms were comfortable, airy, and neatly arranged. Clean bathrooms, fresh linen, and well-kept interiors made our stay very pleasant. The overall ambience is calm and relaxing, perfect for a family or group stay.

I booked the villa on call and whole process was very smooth. The villa is very well maintained and the owner is a really warm person. She made sure we had everything set before she left. The place was squeaky clean after the previous guests. The patio and top floor sun room were amazing. Master bedroom was huge and the balcony attached to it had awesome foggy view. I highly recommend spending some relaxing time here.

Very beautiful Kappy's Villa and it's a quiet place with good amenities. The villa owner and the caretaker were very friendly and helpful. We totally enjoyed the stay over there. Overall a memorable experience. I strongly recommend this place for weekend gatherings with family or friends, especially during the rains as you will be able to see the waterfall. Overall service is excellent. The location of the villa is very lovely and has a beautiful view. Well maintained villas with ac in all rooms.
