Situated far away from the chaos of the city, the property boasts truly stunning, peaceful lake and mountain views that are ideal for unwinding and disconnecting. The natural surroundings alone make the stay worthwhile. ​The highlight of our experience was the management and staff. Resort Manager Mr. Bajirao and his entire team were wonderfully friendly and kind. Their warm welcome and genuine smiles instantly make you feel like you are at home. The level of service was attentive and personal, contributing significantly to the relaxing atmosphere. ​Regarding amenities, potential guests should be aware of one critical logistical point: there are no shops or markets within a 20km radius. This seclusion is part of the charm, but it necessitates careful preparation. Be sure to bring everything you need for the duration of your stay. The food provided was acceptable ("ok"), meeting our needs without being a major feature of the experience. ​Overall, if you are looking for an unparalleled retreat with spectacular views and home-like hospitality, this is an excellent choice.

The place is awesome and wonderful. Away from the hustle bustle of the city, the noise, the pollution, the traffic, this place gives peace, silence, relaxation and freshness. Experience the music of nature here. The property is huge but feels safe to stay. Rooms are bigger and better. Bathrooms are well maintained. Cute small pool and a lovely restaurant with fresh food. The property manager Mr. Bajirao was good and gave us a great customer service. The icing on the cake was Sonali who gave us an excellent help when we needed it the most. Kudos to her. I am sure the management has good people who keep the positive spirit alive. I am very sure I am visiting again soon with family n friends. Thanks team for making my stay memorable.

Amazing stay at Mountain and Lake Resort, Igatpuri! The stay was very comfortable and the scenic beauty is absolutely amazing. The mountain views along with the serene lake make this place truly special and perfect for a relaxing getaway. A special mention to the manager, Bajirao, who was extremely helpful and ensured everything went smoothly. The staff were also very courteous, supportive, and always ready to help. Overall, it was an amazing experience and I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone visiting Igatpuri.

Mr. Bajirao and his team deserve a huge shout-out for making my stay *5/5 ⭐️* I had the pleasure of staying at recently, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations! The moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted with a warm smile by the ever-so-pleasant Manager, *Mr. Bajirao*, who made sure I felt right at home. The rooms were immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the modern amenities one could ask for. The staff was attentive, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was nothing short of amazing. The highlight of my stay was the delectable breakfast buffet, which was a culinary delight! The chefs truly outdid themselves with the variety and presentation.

Loved the experience. Stayed here last Diwali, and trust me the view was so perfect that we started doubting our own camera quality. 🤦‍♀️ The mountains and lake looked like wallpaper, and we looked like tourists who didn’t belong there. 😂 The resort was so peaceful that even our thoughts started whispering. Rooms were clean, food was good, staff was sweet literally nothing to complain about (which honestly feels illegal for an Indian traveler). Overall, 10/10 scenery… 0/10 chance of going back to normal life after this place. Highly recommended!
