Pooja Villa Suites – Igatpuri

Worst ever experience. Do not visit this place. We had to stay awake till 3 am due to electricity problem in our room. TV was not working. If you call room service for any help forget any help. Visit only if you want to spoil your holidays

We stayed at this hotel for one night. Unfortunately, our experience wasn't as expected. The fridge in our room wasn't working, and the balcony view from our Room (Room no.4) was completely blocked by a building, so we couldn't enjoy any kind of view. Additionally, the TV in our room was not working, and the cable TV service was unavailable. We were also disappointed to find that the swimming pool wasn't clean enough, with mosquitoes literally swimming in it. We hope the hotel can address these issues for future guests.

I recently visited the Pooja Villa managed by Nature's Dreamland. We booked the Executive Suite from Friday evening till Sunday morning. I must admit that this villa has one of the best views in the vicinity. You straight away duve into the valley in front of you and gaze at the tall mountains standing ahead of you, you frequently watch the trains passing through the valley and beautiful birds chirping around you. I strongly recommend this place for a super quite yet well internet connected getaway from the city life. The executive room has a private mini swimming pool and huge gallery. We swam the whole day and the sudden rains made it even more enjoyable. The executive suite has two air conditioned bedrooms with attached bathrooms and galleries. There is a large air conditioned hall with sofas and a mini fridge. All rooms are air conditioned and has beautiful ventilation. The pool has a filter attached with night lights attached. There is a lot of parking space right outside and the villa is well staffed and the management is very friendly. They dont accept card payments. UPI and cash is accepted. There is an elevator for guests to use. You can order your food from a local restaurant who deliver the food straight to your room. Of course you get tea and coffee as room service from the villa itself. Overall a great experience and I will come back soon.

Absolutely pathetic room service.Visit only if you want to spoil your holidays. Zero Service, electricity problem, no food, tea or water availability. Avoid this place
