Rainforest Resort

This resort's got it all - a stunning location, spacious grounds with marriage lawns, comfy stays, and super friendly staff. You can chill with indoor games or get sporty with cricket in the garden. Adventure activities like ziplining and rope games add an extra thrill. The swimming pool's a beauty, with a kids' pool too. Everything was set up just like we asked. Food's delicious and the place is clean. There's even a cute garden area for the little ones. Perfect spot for a fun family getaway!

We went there with family in Feb 2026. Not at all 4 start resort. It is less than 2 star resort. Rooms were ok. Service was not upto the mark. They need more training. Location was ok. Food was nice. Swimming pool experience was worst. Water was not clean, it was dirty. There are so many good resorts in Panvel, Karjat, Lonavla. We traveled there from Navi Mumbai and it was not worth. Not value for money.

Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience. Our office trip at the resort was truly amazing and memorable. The entire staff was extremely cooperative, professional, and always ready to help, which made everything smooth and stress-free for our team. All the arrangements were very well organized, from accommodation to activities, and everything was managed perfectly. A special mention to the DJ, who was absolutely fantastic and kept the energy high throughout—everyone enjoyed it a lot. Overall, it was a perfectly planned trip and a great experience for our entire office team. We would definitely recommend this resort for corporate outings and team trips and look forward to visiting again in the future.

We had a very disappointing experience with this rainforest resort. Initially, everything was finalized mutually for 2 night 3 days wedding— including the deal terms — and we paid the token amount as agreed. However, after the booking was confirmed, we started receiving messages from different heads of the management stating that certain things would not be possible, even though they had already been agreed upon earlier It was extremely unprofessional to change terms after confirmation. One of the senior representatives was particularly rude and seemed completely uninterested in resolving the matter. Instead of discussing the issue properly, they were saying take refund and close the topic and cancel. This clearly showed a lack of responsibility and respect towards clients. Overall, it was a frustrating and unpleasant experience. I would not recommend this resort to anyone looking for reliable and professional service.
