Villa is nice. But, don't do cleaning of swimming pool. Allowing people to do smoking who come to stay there.

Its a very good villa with valley view. Services and room very neat and tidy. Attender was always available and helped with all external goods and sight seeing options. Food services were arranged and good variety of options wete available. Would recommend this place for others.

Hello, Looking at the beautiful pictures of the The olive property at the sky water Igatpuri while booking- I and my family were very excited to embark on our weekend getaway. To our horrid surprise the property was far from the pictures that were shared and the entire house a including kitchen and other room furniture needed some serious fixing and cleaning done We were happy with the cleanliness of the pool however the kitchen drawers, panel in the downstairs bedroom were falling off Upstairs the bedsheets were torn with Velcro of the duvet exposed irritating the skin Only 40% of the electrical outlet were functioning and one wire in the pool was exposed. There was Exposed electrical main unit outside the property. Dirty clothes hanging at the side of the property Dirty Plates were kept outside of the kitchen Glass by the swimming pool was not clean which was the highlight of the property Kitchen didn’t have basic bowls and serving spoon Bathrooms were not cleaned properly. Water leakage in one of the bathrooms upstairs For the 30K a night price that we paid, we were not provided with - a gas lighter to light up the stove top - A microwave that was provided only for three hours in the evening with the promise to return later as it was shared between two properties This all made our stay not as comfortable and enjoyable a leaving us believe that it was overly priced mediocre property. Please look into the above to improve on your aesthetic and functioning of the house when asking for such exorbitant price

If you are someone who loves greenery, enjoys peaceful surroundings, and has a special interest in swimming, this villa can be a good option. The swimming pool is the main highlight, and spending time there can feel refreshing, especially during the evening. However, apart from the pool and greenery, there isn’t much to do. At night, the only activity available is swimming, as indoor games are limited to just carrom board. Some areas of the villa need improvement. The electrical switches and boards were poorly maintained, and during our stay, the pool lights at night were not functioning. Network coverage was almost non-existent, and though there were two WiFi routers, neither of them worked properly. The villa has 5 rooms in total, but the top 3 are interconnected — meaning you can access the other two rooms only through one room. If you enjoy wide open spaces, this villa might not match your expectations. But if your focus is purely on greenery and a swimming pool experience, you might find it enjoyable.

It was a great stay at Sky Waters. The service was excellent and Veeru who was looking at the villa helped us a lot with extra services like nearby spots location and travel.
