sunshine villa | best villas in nashik

I recently stayed at Stay Sunshine Villa in Fog City and had a very disappointing experience. The caretaker was extremely rude, and the rooms were untidy with non-functional AC. Additionally, the food was not good. The villa agent exhibited unprofessional behavior and was not helpful at all. I would not recommend visiting this place as it is a waste of time and money. I consider it deserving of a zero rating.

A below par experience. Waste of Money. We went to this property after checking the pictures on bookings.com. However the actual property is a complete different scenario. We reached the property early, and the owner informed us to come after some time as the property needs to be cleaned and sanitized. We came again to the property after confirming with the owner. To our surprise it was still an untidy villa. Stinky kitchen and fridge. Unhygienic place. Public washrooms might be cleaner than the property washrooms. There were women's hair in the washrooms and we all were a boys group and they claimed that the property was cleaned. There is a bath tub with no drain stopper so basically you cant use it. The air condition in one of the rooms wasn't working and the care taker has all the excuses for the same. The swimming pool is a little one with well water in it. We had to ask the care taker to at least put some chlorine in it as the water seemed to be completely milky. No cleanliness observed. The villa is situated in a complex kind of surroundings. There are no scenic views which one can actually enjoy. Care taker always interrupts your privacy by continuously visiting the property without your permission. All in all a bad experience out of all the trips we had. NOT RECOMMENDED if you are looking for a peaceful stay with nature's beauty. 1/5 Rating.

Rooms and Service was the worst there was not even a soap in a single room. Even pools were not clean and the AC was not working despite informing the caretaker and the owner about the bad working of AC they didn't help at all. Aur caretaker 24*7 villa k ek room Mai rhti hai jo ki kabhi bhi apke saman uthake andar apne room Mai le jati ....the only thing is view thik thak tha otherwise pool chota aur ganda tha service gandi room ganda aur upar se owner ka arrogant behaviour sab k sab clown the udhr🤡

Bad services... Not water supplies for latrine and urine

Very bad experience from this villa,the villa manager and caretaker they are very rude and used street langauge.there swimming pools are very small which is for children,there bedrooms,bed,pillow and bedsheet are very dirty and unhygienic. Very dirty washroom and taps are broken,all bedroom acs are not working, pls don't visit this place. Waste of time and money. Ko
