Stayed at this beautiful hill station resort and it was an amazing experience. The location is perfect—surrounded by lush green mountains, fresh air, and breathtaking views. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with balconies offering stunning sunrise and sunset views. The staff was very polite, helpful, and professional, making us feel comfortable throughout our stay. Food was delicious, with a good variety of local and continental dishes. The resort atmosphere was calm and relaxing—ideal for families, couples, or anyone looking to escape city noise. Amenities like the garden area, walking trails, and sit-out spaces added to the charm. Had a lovely experience in grand resort igatapuri, staff r very helpful, warm n courteous. Very good place for family getaway. Away from city noise n hectic schedule. My kids had fun. I personally like such calm place n loved it. Food was delicious with vast varieties. Room was very good and clean, highly recommended to people who love peace n serene atmosphere.

Good place, location, & set up - a perfect pet-friendly stay. We reached there on 31st December with our 2 dogs, and we had pre-booked the cottage. Everything was good untill they informed us that the kitchen is closed for the night, and asked us to pay 2000 per person for new year gala dinner. This was after reaching the property. No prior information was given and the person who was coordinating our booking even asked if we wanted to take the "dinner package". But nonetheless, after half hour of discussion, they delivered food to the cottage, which wasn't that great anyway.

The resort in itself is beautiful nestled in between the mountains and the greenery. The property is well maintained, clean and safe. You will fall in love with nature once you stay in this resort. The service is great. The staff is co-operative. The resort has many indoor and outdoor games/activities. Great place for families and couples.
