TWIN VILLA

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this villa was truly awful and deserves to be shared. Right from the start, the owner was extremely arrogant, dismissive, and unprofessional. Any concerns we raised were met with a rude attitude, as if they were doing us a favor by letting us stay there. The staff lacked basic manners and hospitality training. They were unresponsive, unhelpful, and didn’t seem to care about the guests’ comfort at all. For a place that advertises itself as a “luxury stay,” this felt more like an overpriced nightmare. There were no basic amenities—no proper toiletries, no clean towels, no drinking water in the rooms, and half the lights didn’t even work. Cleanliness was also a huge issue, with dusty corners, stained linen, and a poorly maintained bathroom. Overall, this was the worst experience I’ve ever had in a vacation rental. I would never recommend this place to anyone. There are far better options available with genuinely warm hosts and decent living standards. Save your time, money, and sanity—avoid this villa at all costs.

We stayed at this villa yesterday with our group, and the experience was very disappointing. The owner was extremely rude and demanded extra money that was never mentioned earlier. There were no basic items like plates or glasses provided, and shockingly, we were asked to pay extra just to get plates to eat! We had already paid ₹20,000 for a 3BHK villa, but it was not worth even ₹10,000. The AC and geyser wasn’t working, the property is in poor condition and needs urgent Google are outdated—the current condition of the villa is nowhere close to what’s advertised. Definitely not recommended.

My experience at This Villa was an unmitigated disaster. The owner's behavior was appalling, displaying a level of rudeness and arrogance that was both unprofessional and unacceptable. The villa itself was a complete letdown. The photos uploaded were blatant misrepresentations, clearly taken years ago . The actual condition was shocking - poorly maintained, with basic amenities in a state of disrepair. It felt like a neglected, empty shell. The only marginally redeeming feature was the pool, but it wasn't enough to salvage the catastrophic experience. Given the blatant dishonesty and neglect, I'm being generous with 1 star.

They have taken the money for a villa worth Rs. 40k. And these people do not get electricity at night and do not turn on the generator. And after taking all the money, these people do not revert anything. And there is no information about their staff.The cricket ground is not good and the grass is very big and they also do not bring the food on time. This villa is not a registered villa.There is no view in the villa. And there is a 4 feet swimming pool.Food quality bread is of last 5 days and has fungus.There is a whole field on the back side of the villa.Tennis, carom and cricket are all there but they are all waste of money. The cricket ground is not good and the grass is too big and they also do not bring food on time. Money is wasted on this villa and it is not a registered villa. And no one knows where the staff stays till 10 in the morning. These people give us bread that has fungus in it. And the caretakers do not stay in the villa and do not clean the villa until 10 in the morning. This villa is a waste of money and is an underground villa.

The villa is huge n spacious. It's located inside a resort with access to all games . The villa has 8 bedrooms accommodation with equally distribution in both structure with a common pool in between and a turf right opposite..the food was also good
